Director / Co-Founder

Juan Reyes is a director and producer at Cosmic Tide Pictures. He holds a B.A. in Cinema Studies with a minor in Film Production from Purchase College.

His work explores identity, resilience, and belonging. His films have screened at the Nyack Film Festival, and he received the Purchase FMS Gala Grant for his emerging contributions to filmmaking.

Juan began his career at Good For You Productions, working on commercial projects for brands including Citibank. He later directed the documentary Livin Free with Cosmic Tide Pictures and continues developing films that connect personal stories with universal themes.

Co-Founder / Audio Specialist

Joshua Lutz is an audio specialist and producer at Cosmic Tide Pictures.

Most recently, he worked as an Audio Technical Specialist on films including A Complete Unknown, Marty Supreme, and Deliver Me from Nowhere.

He is also the owner and operator of JML Recording Studios, where he has earned platinum audio credits while collaborating with artists such as Joss Stone, Al Green, Maroon 5, and Lil Wayne.

Script Supervisor / Co-Founder

Gabriella Shamah is a script supervisor, writer, and producer at Cosmic Tide Pictures. She recently graduated from Purchase College with a B.S. in Communications and Screenwriting.

Through her writing, she focuses on stories that bring comfort to audiences—blending humor with honest reflections on life’s struggles.

She is currently producing and writing a television pilot with Cosmic Tide Pictures.

Producer / Co-Founder

Raziel Duckett is a New York–based filmmaker with a B.A. in Cinema & Film Studies from Purchase College and a Film & TV certificate from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

His work spans interview-driven content for All Good People, multicam production for live events, and assistant producing narrative short films.

His academic research in worldbuilding informs a growing slate of science fiction projects currently in development. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings a sharp visual perspective and strong story instincts to every production.
